Not What I Imagined...

Do you ever have an idea in your head and then your card turns out nothing like you imagined?  :)  Well, that's what happened to me on this card.  I'm still working on some Fall/Thanksgiving cards and was playing with distress inks. The leaves are pop-dotted for extra dimension. Also, the flower and brad look better in real life than in the photo. Do you think I should leave it on or remove it?

Hope you're having a great weekend! Don't you just love the weekend?  :)

supplies: Hero Arts stamps and flower, BG paper and brad, TH distress inks and distressing tool

  1. I have that experience frequently...sometimes it's better than I imagined, other times it's just a mess. Your card is amazing...I love the colors. I think you should keep the flower, it fills that space perfectly and adds lots of interest. Love your card...
    bless you!

  4. I would say that about 75% of my cards don't turn out the same way I had envisioned them to be in my head. LoL... But I think your card came out great, Kathy. I really love the background and the tone-on-tone leaves that you added. The flower is a perfect touch too... I say keep it, for sure! :)
