Oceans of Joy

I made this card to be used as an Anniversary card. Love this Hero Arts stamp set. I colored the fish with Copic markers and then added Glossy Accents on the fish and bubbles so they look like they are underwater. The circle is adhered with dimensional pop-dots.

    IS this ever CUTE! Love the GA on the fish and the colors are super sunny! I don't have this set, but you make me want to buy this set...!
