Ha, how's that for a quirky blog title? :) I created this card for my brother-in-law's birthday. I'm submitting it to the Hero Arts birthday challenge in the "rainbow of color" category. I used two of my older stamps that are some of my very favorites (the Silly Scape and the Radiant Banner). The green banner across the top is from a new set called For Your Kindness. The strip on the bottom of the card is washi tape and the bird is from a Lawn Fawn set.
Hope you're having a great start to the week! As always, thanks so much for stopping by. :)

Another Birthday Card
I made this birthday card for a good friend of mine and I'm going to enter it into the Hero Arts Birthday challenge for this month. I used the Hero Arts Dauber Bunch stamp set with different colored daubers on watercolor paper. I love how vibrant the colors turned out. I guess this would qualify for the "anything goes" category of the challenge.
Have you played along in the challenge yet? If not, go now....and create. :)

Happy Birthday to Ewe
Hi there! I made this b-day card to participate in the Hero Arts birthday contest in the Anything Goes category. Have you played along yet?
I know I've said this before, but this OWH Missing You set is one of my favorite stamp sets from the 2014 catalog. I just think these sheep are adorable. :)
On the inside of the card, I stamped "to EWE!" :)
Thanks for dropping by. Hope you're having a great week!

Love U
It's February and it's brutal cold here! Brrrrr.... Anyway, I'm trying to take my mind off the weather and instead think about Valentine's Day! Here is one of the cards I made. I love this heart tree die cut from Taylored Expressions. It's adorable. I colored the tree trunk with Copic markers and then colored each heart with Sakura sparkle pens. I also used the sparkle pens on the words. I love the way it turned out. I'm going to enter it into the Simon Says Monday Challenge, Love Notes.
How about you? Are you making Valentine's Day cards this year? Hope to see you back here soon. :)

Online Card Class Stenciled and SSS Challenge
I've been taking the Online Card Class: Stenciled. I made this card based on a similar design from Kristina Werner. She colored in the stars, but I used distress inks instead. I'm still loving these birds from the new Hero Arts Missing You stamp set. They make me laugh. :) I'm going to submit this for the new Simon Says Work It Wednesday challenge.
I'm starting to work on my Valentine's Day cards. How about you? Do you make Valentine's Day cards? Thanks for dropping by. :)

2014 Hero Hostess Blog Hop!
Welcome to the Hero Arts Hostess Hop, featuring fabulous stamps from the new 2014 release!
If you’ve been following along, you’ve just arrived from the super talented Sarah Moerman's blog!
Don't forget that Hero Arts will be awarding prizes from randomly drawn comments. For a chance to win, simply comment on ANY of the stops along the hop on ANY day, including each day’s starting post at the Hero Club Blog. The more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning! How cool is that?!!
For my first card, I used several stamps set from the 2014 catalog, including: Tag Collage, Missing You, and Dauber Bunch. I created my own greeting by pairing greetings from different sets. I absolutely love the sheep in the Missing You set. :) This looks like a tag, but it's actually a tag card.
On my second card, I used the Missing You set again. Aren't those birds too cute? This set is a must have! I added some shimmer to them using a Wink of Stella Glitter brush and also added Glossy Accents to their beaks and eyes. I used a greeting from the For Your Kindness set.
And last, but not least, I wanted to create a very simple card. On this card, I used the Dauber Bunch set and colored the flowers with Copic markers. I also used the banner and greetings from the For Your Kindness set.
If you find a broken link, you'll find a master list of the hop links at the Hero Arts Club Blog. Also, please report broken links to: blog@heroarts.com. This is your last stop on the Blog Hop for today. Be sure to visit the Hero Arts blog tomorrow for more inspiration and to continue hopping with more hostesses!
Thank "ewe" for hopping with us and have a "totally awesome" day! :)
