Hello! It's my day to post on the A2Z Scrapbooking Blog. The challenge this month is to make cards with the theme of Encouragement. I mean who doesn't need some encouragement once in awhile, right? :) Anyway, in addition to my Hero Arts stamps, I decided to try out one of the digital cutting kits to create this card. Here's a sneak peek:
Please go to the A2Z Scrapbooking Blog to see the full card. Also, I hope you can play along with the challenge. You have the chance to win a $25 gift card to the store. And don't forget to use the coupon code Kathy15 to get 15% off any of the products in the store. There are some great new Hero Arts stamps in the store! Have a great day and weekend!

Hero Arts & A2Z Scrapbooking Blog Hop
Hello and welcome to the Hero Arts and A2ZScrapbooking Digital blog hop! I'm so glad you stopped by! You should have arrived from the oh so talented Michelle Liimatainen's blog.
And here's the great news! a2z Scrapbooking is offering a $50 Gift Certificate to the a2z Scrapbooking store. The prize winner will be randomly selected from ALL comments received on the participating designers' blogs. The more comments you leave along the hop, the better your odds of winning, so be sure to leave a little love at each blog, starting with this one. You have until Sunday, August 31st, 11:59pm EST to comment on each blog. Winners will be announced on September 3rd, so good luck!
Ok, on to my card now. Well, it's official -- I am officially addicted to glitter paper. :) For my card today, I used one of the new Christmas digital cutting files from Hero Arts. I used my Silhouette to size the background forest before cutting it out. I then used my Silhouette to cut the reindeer out of glitter paper. I adhered the forest to the card base and then used foam squares to adhere the deer. I used the Wink of Stella brush pen to add a touch of shine to the forest trees. I then stamped and added the banner greeting, along with a gold star and a little bit of twine, and called the card done. This would be an easy Christmas/holiday card to mass produce as long as you cut everything in advance -- just let your Silhouette or Cameo do all the work. :)
If you are interested in any of the digital files I used today, see the supplies listed below. Also, there are several new Christmas stamps in the a2z Scrapbooking store. Head over there to check it out.
Your next stop on the hop is the amazing Lucy Abrams. Below is a complete list of all the designers in the hop. Have fun!

Who doesn't love cupcakes?
Just a quick post today. I made this card for my nephew's birthday. I used the big Hero Arts Zig Zag Cupcake stamp and the Number Pattern background stamp. The greeting is from the Simon Says Stamp Birthday Sentiments set. I had to use some of my glitter paper for the star because I'm addicted to glitter paper lately! :) I embossed the top of the cupcake to make it looked like frosting swirls.
Hope you're having a great weekend!
